BASED IN WHITIANGA & SERVICING THE COROMANDEL PENINSULA

Please have a look through the portfolio of some of my completed work. I will be updating this part of the site when new jobs are completed. Over the course of a new build construction I tend to photograph all internal pipework and waste stacks.This give you the owner some idea of where things are for future expansion or just to hang a picture.

	EDGEWATER RESORT, RAROTONGA
	Johno the Plumber was heavily invoveld in the whole process of the Plumbing and Drainlaying in the 2 major extensions of the Edgewater Resort during the early to mid 2000's.They comprimised of a 24 room extension and a 36 room extension, both of which were 3 storey Construction.........

	RARO BEACH BUNGALOWS, RAROTONGA
	This was a interesting project to be involved in.Tom Fearon the owner knew what he wanted and we had to make it happen, for a small island resources can be hit and miss but we got there in the end and it all worked out to how it was planned......

	REFLECTION ON RAROTONGA
	This tourist accommodation was created for the high end traveller looking for the finest features most would not be used to at home.The bathrooms were unique and the job was challenging but once again it all worked out......

	GULF VIEW ESTATE, BROWNS BAY
	This project has been one of the largest I have been involved with yet. I was sub-contracted to project manage this apartment development for a local firm.Overall there was 4 seperate developments in one, compromising of multi storey construction to town houses.
